17.11: Get Mike Duplessis´ latest " Killer Mod " from the " Allied Armor " pages and replace your old " ugly duck " Churchills with his spendid early 44 versions ( VI , VII , VIII , Crocodile and AVRE ). The Zip file ( 1.3 MB ) contains a plain- and a marked version for all Churchill models.
06.11: One of my all time favorite mods is the " Hetzer " by Mike Duplessis. With permission of the author I made some variations of the original graphics: you can get a new non-foliaged version and two subdued variants - together with Mike´s original tank - from the " Axis Armor " section. Another new mod is a brown leather upholstery variation for Andrew Fox´s Kuebelwagen ( replaces the white seats ). Since I haven´t got the time to add this mod to my Axis section at the moment, you can download it HERE ( 719 kb ).
October 2001
05.10: Run like hell and grab Marcus Bloess´s phantastic " Wirbelwind " and " Ostwind " mods from the " Axis Armor " page ( more stuff from Marcus is in the pipeline ! ).
September 2001
08.09: From now on all sound files on the mod pages will be presented as MP3 files ( I´m running out of webspace and this solution helps me to free more than 15 MB ). Don´t forget to check out some new sound stuff on the mod section:there is a new tank movement sound , a new mortar , one new game selection sound and twenty five new replacement sounds for the German soldiers. You´ll love the new evil laughter of your " Krauts " ;-)
02.09: This seems to a BRITISH week: yesterday England beats the German soccer national team 5:1 ( the horror , the horror ) and today Andrew Fox released his splendid new " Action Pack Vol. 4 - Commonwealth Uniforms ": HiRes combat dresses for the " Tommys " , the Canadians and the Poles ( Infantry , Paratroops , Tanks Crews ). You can find the new stuff - together with a nice new German tan water uniform and several German helmet variations - on the " Faces & Uniforms " section of the Mod pages.

18.07:Get Andrew Fox´s " Super Action Pack Vol.2 - US Uniforms " from my " Faces & Uniforms " mod page: detailed photorealistic summer - and winter combat dresses with nice variations. My next US shoulder sleeve insignia mod for this great set is on the way......
14.07: After an involuntary break ( a thunderstorm killed my modem ) I´ve got lot´s of news this weekend: All tank- and vehicle mods are available again after moving them to a new server. New mods: The long awaited SdKfz 7/1 & 7/2 Flak Wagon HiRes mod by Marcus Bloess ( " Axis Armor " section ) , Ed Kinneys 10 MB Super HiRes Stone Building Pack ( " Buildings " section " ) and my US divisional shoulder insignia mod for DD´s superb US uniforms ( " Faces & Uniforms " section ). 03.07: Get the new Volkssturm Uniform Mod by Andrew Fox ! A great addition to his splendid " German Uniform " pack. If you have allready downloaded the whole pack , you´ll be glad to hear that you can get the new uniforms - together with the missing Feldgrau jacket bmp -  also in a seperate file from the " Faces & Uniforms " mod pages.
01.07: Good news and bad news. Let´s start with the good ones: Andrew Fox´s " Super Action Pack Vol.1 - German Uniforms " ( 4 MB ) can now be downloaded from the " Faces & Uniforms " mod pages. Here you´ll find an impressive set of photorealistic HiRes uniforms for your CM " Krauts " , with many options to choose from. The bad news: my old provider has closed it´s doors and most of the older tank and vehicle mods hosted there must be moved to a new server during the next days. I hope everything is up again till wednesday.
June 2001
30.06: A cornupia of goodies for the modsluts: get a winterized version of the US Chaffee tank ( designed by Daedalus ) from the " Allied Armor " mod section and take a look at Jon Johnson´s ( Matrix Games ) Mine Markers in the " Buildings " section. In the same section you´ll find my new Barbed Wire HiRes mod ( incl several variations ) and my latest Field Path road mod. Move on to the " Terrain " pages: there you can check out three new subdued grass mods ( two of those still on beta status , but I guess it´s worth a look ). Finally check out my latest semi-historical scenario " Haut Vents - King of the Hill " in the " France 1944 " scenario section.
15.06: Get Ed " Tanks a lot " Kinney´s brand new marsh mod from the " Terrain " mod page. I tweeked my own " Swamp & Brook " mod too and also put Tiger´s marsh mods on the site. Latest news: Colin " CoolColJ " Chung´s mods will be hosted  here from now on. In case you missed his great Lynx - , Tiger ,- or Flag mods , take a look now.
14.06: A new winterized version of Ed Kinney´s wooden Bunker mod can be found in the " Buildings " section of the mod pages.
13.06: Check out Ben J. Bittner´s great new " Sky Texture Replacement Set " ( " Terrain " section of my mod pages ).  Bens 20 impressive photorealistic bitmaps will change the visual impression of CM dramatically. For this great work Mr. Bittner is honored with the TCMHQ Award June 2001.
12.06: I moved to a new provider. This causes some technical problems which will be fixed this week. The good news: I have added a new high-res mod for the SdKfz 7 Gun Tractor ( designed by Marcus Bloess ) and a phantastic combat dress replacement set for the German units ( designed by Andrew Fox ) to the site.
May 2001
24.05: Daedalus has designed a winterized version of the British Challenger and also improved his latest Comet mod. Both versions can be found in the " Allied Armor " section. BTW, I need your help: I am working on big improvements on my " links " section and therefor I´m searching for WWII eyewhitness accounts. If you have some interesting links , please report them to me.
24.05: The new historical scenario " Wingen-sur-Moder " by Steve Dixon , Paul Synott and Dan Brown can be downloaded from the scenario section ( France 1944/45 ).
20.05: Get Daedalus new winterized version of the British Comet tank ( based on Tiger´s mod ) from the " Allied Armor " section. I hope to see more of this very talented author ! Also dont´t miss PawBroon´s new Wasp/Bren Carrier mod in the same section. Good to see that finally someone improved these little buggers.
19.05: Get Ed Kinney´s new wooden bunker hi-res mod from the " buildings " section of my mod pages. At the moment I am working on the international scenario pages. All scenarios can be downloaded now ( check out Franko´s new FTC scenario pack at the " French 1944 " page ) but some have German descriptions  instead of English ones ( of course only on the website ...the mission briefings are written in English ). I will try to translate the whole stuff during the next days.
12.05: Great news for all who like Patrick T. Wares " Mini Campaign " series: Mr. Fred Hartig was so inspired by this series , that he comes up with a sequel: " Against all odds " is a mini campaign were you have to lead a company of German Armored Panzergrenadiers through six very tricky designed scenarios - from the D-Day to the last stand in Germany ( as I playtested the stuff I had the time of my life .....and I am not easy to impress! ). You will find this new series in the " scenario " section. There are also two new sections on the " report " pages: " Rules " , where you will find Franko´s great new CM Combat Rules ( a must read ! ) and " Gallery " , where  I will post your greatest ( or funniest ) CM screenshots in the future.
05.05: First and most important: A BIG excuse to all who had ( and still have ) problems with broken links and unfinished pages on my website. All pages are under  heavy construction at the moment. I hope everything is in place until end of May. Meanwhile: check out Tiger´s new Sherman Firefly and Mike Duplessis new Jumbo M10/M36 Mods in the reopened " Allied Armor section " ( I hope you like the new design ) or   listen to my " Wavepack Vol.1 " in the sound section.
